☆ In the first phase, there is going to build 1 super-standard

five-floor factory building, with 160m in length, 35m in width

And 28,000 m2 of building area. There is 1 big width plant, 1

passenger lift and 1 goods lift equipped in this building, with

4 washing rooms each floor.

☆ I staff apartment with 5000 m2 floor space, holding 1000

employees, and independent washing room, bathing room

and broad balcony equipped each room.

☆ I cadre apartment, designing in accordance with the

requirements of one bedroom or two bedrooms, which meet

unique living demands of administration cadre fully.

☆ 3000 m2 living building holding 5000 people for dinner.

☆ Brand-new computerized high-speed lockstitch sewing

machine and sound ancillary facility.

☆ Coopersons to be arranged for loading in the 1st tat project

for self-management and 200 persons for other sections. It's

going to be put into operation in March, 2008.
